Boarding Requirements
All new dogs are in Orientation for at least their first four days visiting us for daycare or boarding. To learn more about Orientation, click here.
All new dogs must complete at least one day of daycare before being approved for Boarding Orientation. However, we highly encourage several daycare visits before your dog’s first overnight, and may require additional daycare visits before approving boarding.
All new dogs must do a one- to two-night Boarding Orientation before being approved for a longer boarding stay. After Boarding Orientation, we may recommend or require further one- to two-night stays before approving a longer boarding visit.
Boarding Orientations can not be scheduled during a holiday. If you would like to board your dog with us during a holiday, they must attend Boarding Orientation prior to that stay, even if their holiday visit would only be for one or two nights.
If your dog is boarding with us while they are still in Orientation (before they have visited us for four days or more), we reserve the ability to place them in Study Hall training sessions as needed.
If your dog has boarded with us previously but has not visited us in three months or more, we may require them to repeat Orientation and attend at least a day of daycare and a one- to two-night boarding stay before approving a longer boarding visit.
All boarding dogs must have a reliable emergency contact on file, in case of rare, worst case scenarios such as grave injury or contagious illness. Your emergency contact must be local, and able to pick up your dog if we are no longer able to provide the best care for them in our communal environment.

Health and safety Requirements
Vaccinations
To ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care, all dogs must be up-to-date on the following vet-administered vaccines:
DHPP
Bordetella
Rabies
We do not accept at-home vaccinations, except in cases where a licensed veterinarian has conducted a titer test verifying immunity. Please bring a printed or digital copy of your dog's vaccine records to your Meet & Greet — dogs will not be allowed to stay without valid proof of vaccination and expiration dates.
Spaying & Neutering
All dogs over one year old must be spayed or neutered to use our services.
Males must be neutered by 12 months of age
Females must be spayed before their first heat cycle
illness
In order to protect the health of our pack, if any dog displays symptoms of a cough or cold, they must stay at home until their symptoms have cleared or a vet has cleared them to be in communal settings.
Ready to get started?
Schedule a Meet & Greet so we can get to know your pup — and you can get to know us! During this visit, we’ll review vaccination records, assess your dog’s social comfort, and answer any questions you may have.
